Summary Location: Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid) Novartis is unable to offer relocation support for this role: please only apply if those locations are accessible for you Represent the DDIT function to the business ensuring the enforcement of policies and processes. -Own solution development in the respective area through operational steady state managing the operations of all service and systems in scope ensuring stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels. About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and managed end - end Services pertaining to Conference platform. Defining standards, governance, and run & build services for Conference rooms, teamwork spaces, & devices. Broadcasting, streaming, and video optimization technologies
• Major events, virtual congress platforms, and production technologies technical integration for broadcasting/live streaming
• Digital signage - deploying technical integrations required to transport broadcasting sources (Teams meeting, auditoria devices, meeting rooms, etc.) in to virtual production or websites. Industry standard protocols in Live Events
• Build & run reporting and business intelligence for all conferencing services. Strategy and planning on emerging conferencing technology.
• WebEx meetings, VC device cloud registration and piloting CVI as an option to replace on Prem infrastructure cloud only vs azure application and is part of ELA
• Cisco based SIP endpoints in meeting rooms (legacy meeting room standard) Built standard room designs, approve provided room designs.
• Manage remaining Cisco infrastructure required (CUCM, expressways, TMS) until cloud registered and on prem decommissioned.
• Handle emerging Cisco MTR environment in conference rooms / collaboration spaces. Video Streaming optimization and analytics. For all Live event services using peer-2-peer caching
• Live Broadcasting platform for video streaming and used for embedding live video streams. Teams Meeting Room Devices. Teams based room systems. Build standard room designs, approve provided room designs. Run deployment projects

Minimum Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in general IT service management
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Conferencing technology and Services
• Exposure and experience in MTR (Cisco, Lenovo etc) is preferred
