Reporting Analyst

This role is responsible for developing reports, dashboards and underlying objects within ServiceNow platform and its Reporting and Performance Analytics modules. Will ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, and delivering insightful reports and dashboards that support Business of IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Reports, Dashboards and needed objects like Queries and Interactive filters within ServiceNow platform

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and develop custom reports and dashboards to meet their needs

• Monitor and maintain data integrity and accuracy within ServiceNow reporting platform

• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures for ServiceNow reporting platform

• Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow reporting platform and its capabilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow reporting platform, escalating as necessary

• Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow reporting platform, including user guides and technical documentation

• Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow reporting features and functionalities, and make recommendations for their implementation

• Participate in ServiceNow administration tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in ServiceNow administration, including reporting and analytics is welcome

• Experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools, such as Performance Analytics, Advanced Reporting, and Business Intelligence is welcome.
