HR BP for SBC Digital

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to align human resources strategies and practices with the companys business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Attract top talents with the recruitment unit and improve overall team skill levels;
• Build an efficient HR environment in hand with business leaders for achieving business objectives;
• Implement goal-setting and performance review mechanisms;
• Reduce employee turnover and increase job satisfaction;
• Improve and manage C&B and L&D programs;
• Do the audit and upgrade the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, retention;
• Be the business partner and help the C-level team to achieve the goal.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, in a product-based IT company or Performance marketing agency (50+ employees);
• Excellent track records in building HR processes on a high systematic level;
• Prior experience in a high-growth organization.
• Deep understanding of how Affiliate marketing works and what that business is;
• Excellent understanding of the recruitment process with a personal head-hunting history;
• Good understanding of business operations and processes;
• Analytical, interpretative, and decision-making skills;
• English proficiency at B2 (upper-intermediate) level or higher.
