Establishing a network with key teams (sales, controlling, customer care). Create and maintain the catalogue prices for the products....
- Based on validated request from the controlling (70% of the job)
- Create and maintain the catalogue prices for the products
- Create and maintain the prices the on-invoice discounts (efficiency, defensive, active, promo)
- Create and maintain the off-invoice contracts
- Manage off-invoice contract settlement
- Set up discounts / promos into MARS (tool for boutiques)
- Ownership of KPI – financial accuracy (15%)
- Cooperate with Sales, Controlling and Customer Care team to ensure correct pricing
- Preparation of the monthly reports, monitoring and analysing of KPIs
- Build an action plan to minimize the pricing issues and improve KPIs
- LBO and LKU for the pricing process (15%)
- Propose changes in the process to make it more efficient and harmonized
- Create, manage and test the demands together with IT, Controlling and Customer care
- Proactive follow-up and issues communication with internal stakeholders
- Be the owner of the pricing file
- Update the manuals, store the knowledge
- Share the knowledge of TWWT, organize trainings for the sales teams.
- Prepare file for price increase, profitability of new launches
