Job Description:

Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

What is your role going to look like?

  • Together with 10 team members you will be supporting French speaking market
  • Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
  • Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle
  • You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
  • You can expect receiving requests primarely via email (CRM) or phone

Job Requirements:
