Proposal Writer

We are seeking an imaginative, business-oriented Proposal Writer to join our Global Deal Management team and fill a newly opened position. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our mission to craft persuasive and innovative client proposals that showcase our services and demonstrate our unique value proposition. This role requires a blend of outstanding communication skills, ability to guide the stakeholders through the storytelling process and a client-centric mindset.

• Proposal Writing: Work with the Deal Managers, Sales Teams and Subject Matter Experts to produce high-quality, engaging, and tailored proposals that effectively communicate our services, value proposition, and the benefits to prospective clients. Support the stakeholders in creating various constituents of a proposal, including executive summaries, questionnaires, proposal decks, oral presentation notes etc.
• Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all proposals are clear, concise, and free of errors. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all documents. Help create proposal writing guidelines for the stakeholders.
• Content Creation: Work with the Content Team to generate compelling off-the-shelf content for various proposal sections, including service descriptions, case studies, and client testimonials. Support the team and stakeholders in ad hoc projects requiring quality deliverables.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Team, Sales Teams, Subject Matter Experts, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development. Be an active participant in discussions on storytelling and content delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of proposal templates, processes, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of our proposal efforts. Take part in educating the Deal Management teams and stakeholders on the topic of storytelling and proposal writing.

• **Key Stakeholders:**: Global Deal Managers, Global Account Directors, Country Head of Sales, International Sales Solution Managers, Subject Matter Experts

• Fluent in English – native / close to native
• Proven experience as a creative writer in a similar role, preferably within a business development or proposal writing context.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
• Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches.
• Proficient in conducting research and synthesizing information from various sources.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment of global deals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-national team-oriented environment, with stakeholders with varying expectations and varying language and writing proficiency.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications for document creation (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) plus any other relevant tools for content creation is welcome
• Experience using technologies enabling efficiency and automation in content creation and management, interest in emerging tools and innovations.
