Junior Account Manager

Position Overview:
As a Working Student in our Sales Team at Lynx, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the dynamic world of brokerage services. This opportunity allows you to balance your academic pursuits while actively contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding Support: Assist the clients in completing the onboarding process. Contribute to local sales team in identifying and engaging potential clients, cultivating relationships, and promoting Lynx brokerage services.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs to provide valuable insights for our sales strategy.
• Administrative Assistance: Contribute to the maintenance of accurate client records, preparation of reports, and handling other administrative tasks as required.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Lynx Sales Team.

Qualifications:

• Passion for financial markets, trading or investing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and brokerage services is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule around academic commitment.
