Are you passionate about solving complex business challenges and driving innovation? As a Design Thinking Specialist in our Business Design and Innovation team, youll play a pivotal role in applying design thinking methodologies to make a real impact across our organization. Youll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across various projects to develop human-centric solutions that drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior business designers and content strategist to define project scope and develop design thinking strategies to address complex business challenges.

• Design, facilitate and execute design thinking workshops to generate innovative ideas and sustainable solutions .

• Contribute to the creation of project proposals, project tracking, client management & communication to ensure project success.

• Assist content strategist with research, analyzing data and synthesizing findings to inform design decisions.

• Utilize visual storytelling techniques to translate complex information and data into clear, compelling, and engaging visuals, enhancing workshop experiences.

• Support the development of compelling presentations and reports to communicate design solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging best practices in design thinking to bring fresh perspectives and ideas to projects.

Qualifications & experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, design, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in design thinking, user experience (UX) design, or innovation consulting

• Strong passion for problem-solving and creative thinking, with a solid understanding of design principles and methodologies.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Mural, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to thrive and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
