The Specialist LegalOps, Technical support supports the Sandoz Legal & Compliance Operations team with technical support on a day-to-day basis

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Supports LegalOps team with technical support
• Proactively suggesting and implementing smaller process and technology solutions, e.g. based on MS Suite solutions
• Works on allocated tasks to provide technical support on legal operations tools
• Contributes to various ad-hoc reporting requested by extracting data from existing technologies
• Supports ongoing initiatives and projects in the Legal Operations team
• Maintains Legal Ops shared content and ensures efficient content usage, retention and purging
• Documents relevant decisions/processes using Standard tools and Templates
Willing to leverage data and proactively provide recommendation for Legal OPS user community

Work Experience:

• Cross Cultural Experience.
• Collaborating across boundaries.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in operational / service management roles
• Advanced experience with MS Suite
• Analytical, problem-solving, and communication experience
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to set objectives and produce results
• Proven track record of building relationships
• Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
• English
