Security Manager

Job Description

As a Security Manager, you will have the opportunity to work for global organisations alongside a multi-disciplined team of Strategy, Digital and Technology professionals to bring the best of Accenture to our clients.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Support the definition of the contractor Security plan, the Disaster Recovery Plan, and other ad hoc security assessments or activities

• Coordinate remediation of pen testing findings or incidents management and deliver cloud transformation projects from the early planning phase through the successful deployment

• Manage the development, refresh, and implementation of security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures

• Validate the plans for coherence, completeness, compliance with requirements, and alignment with best practices

• Supervise all security-related activities (e.g. SPOC for client escalation, security dashboard)

• Validate change requests for security impacts

• Assist clients in developing strategies to secure their cloud environment by providing high value consultancy work

• Implement and manage security components within the cloud platform around automation, access controls, network, automated compliance, alerting and forensics

• Plan resources for and schedule activities

• Plan and define scope, activity planning and sequencing, resource planning

• Develop schedule, time estimation, cost estimation, budget development, documentation

• Organise scrum ceremonies, remove blockers from the security team

• Assess the Agile/Scrum maturity of the scrum teams and coaching the teams as required

Experience

• Minimum of six years of experience in the design and implementation of security frameworks, controls, and solutions

• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organisation

• Experience as a Security Manager and hands on Scrum experience

• Understanding/exposure to Scaled Agile practices such as SAFe and LeSS

• Strong experience in leading Scrum Teams in a scaled environment including remote teams and external dependency management

• Excellent leadership and customer service skills

• Risk assessment knowledge (Ebios, ITSRM, …)

• Cloud security knowledge on Azure, including landing zones definition

• Knowledge of encryption management

• Secure coding and Security Testing knowledge (SAST and DAST), Vulnerability management

• Good knowledge of implementing business continuity plans

• Fluent English (Level C2 as per the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR))

Educational Requirements

Master’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent professional experience

Recommended Certifications

• CompTIA Security+

• Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)

• Microsoft Azure associate level certification
