Event and education coordination internship

What will you do:

• Supporting the big project of L´Oreal Business Academy: uploading the courses and materials into the platform, managing and checking the the capacity and communication about the upcoming seminars and activities with the local team and sharing on SoMe, reporting from the local platform on monthly basis
• Creation and execution of the content plan for L´Oreal Business Academy: responsibility for the topics, graphics and SoMe marketing of LBA in cooperation with LBA manager
• ACCESS – international project activation in our countries on multibrand level, managing the updates, support for PPD brands in localisation and local content creation (videos, E-learning)
• Motion window project – communication with salons included in this initiative (TOP Salons and wholesalers) in 3 countries, E-mailing and content activation
• Hairstylist for the future – supporting the LBA manager in the local sustainable initiatives on the division on multibrand level
• Other projects on digital: testing and integration of new digital tools into the work of marketing and education– AI tools for dubbing, subtitles, co-creating the communication about it
• Reporting and data analysis – regular updates on the KPI reporting for the multibrand education platform in cooperation with business analyst

Who we are searching for:

• Student with CZ/SK native language, Hungarian is a great bonus
• Someone interested in the beauty industry and it´s complexity from the multibrand perspective (you will be covering topics from 5 different brands from PPD)
• Someone who is organised and detail oriented, able to manage the deadlines
• Communicative personality – you will communicate with variety of profesionals from marketing, education, sales Teams and as well clients – hairdressing profesionals
• Social Media is your close friend
• Basics of excel and powerpoint
