Autopilot Delivery lead

We are currently seeking a Delivery Lead for the Autopilot team. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of online grocery shopping by leading and creating projects that are automating and optimizing its processes. Your responsibilities You will start as a Delivery lead (focused on delivery and product operations) upon experience and the result role may evolve more into Product Owner (with higher focus on Ideation / Discovery). Product Ideation and Discovery : Identify needs and opportunities for automation improvements, solicit ideas from various domain owners/leads, leverage to ideas innovative approaches from automation and AI capabilities. Backlog and Execution: Manage team backlog, balance delivery needs, handle escalations, and ensure timely release of MVPs. Apply agile , lean startup and or kanban methodologies. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with domain leaders, tech leaders from management level , to set priorities and align to the Autopilot roadmap. Keep stakeholders updated and engage in solution discussions. Goal Alignment and Evaluation: Align team with initiative goals, set ambitious targets, review metrics, and conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of delivered features. Team Coordination: Optimize team workload, manage L2 support for incidents (if needed) and enhance team delivery efficiencies. Filter out low-impact tasks. Planning and Tracking: Monitor initiative plans, resource plans, and estimations. Keep Jira updated for accurate metrics. Innovation Support: Encourage and support experiments and innovative solutions. Contributing to Roadmap: Provide input and contribute to the development of the Autopilot roadmap based on operational insights and customer feedback.

• Experience in software delivery projects, including agile projects.
• Good to have experience in software integration projects (3rd party).
• Stakeholder management skills, particularly with domain leaders, tech leaders, chapter leaders, and initiative business sponsors.
• Ability to take full responsibility for performance, understand success metrics, and drive towards ambitious business targets.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact tasks and say "no" to low-impact requests

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with agile environments is a plus.
• Advanced English (B2 minimum); Czech and/or Slovak is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our facilities (<10% time).
• Advantage is if you have experience leading Intelligent process automation (IPA) with AI and/or Digital Transformation Projects
