Metrics & Digitalization Specialist

Résumé de la description de poste As Metrics & Digitalization Specialist you will be the Official Sourcing counterpart for both Finance and IT issues and, internally to Sourcing, you shall validate Sourcing Financial figures for Year to Date, Forecast, Budget and Strategy Review (and related updates). At the same time, you have also to put in place the necessary actions needed for implementing Oracle Reports and Dashboard. Description de lemploi Essential Responsibilities: In this role, you will report to the GE Avio Metrics & Digitalization Manager and will be responsible for:

• Creating and validating the Year-to-Date Sourcing financial reports.
• Leading Sourcing Team Leaders and Commodity Leaders in determining the Sourcing Financials (Total Buy, Net Inflation, D2P) for the Line of Sight on monthly basis, as per both Sourcing and Finance timescales.
• Leading Sourcing Team Leaders and Commodity Leaders in determining the Sourcing Financials (Total Buy, Net Inflation, Overhead costs, D2P) for both Budget, related updates of the Budget and Strategy review processes.
• Supporting the GEA Czech Sourcing Leader in identify Saving projects to achieve yearly targets.
• Identifying and closing the gap on Sourcing metrics definition and implementation between GE Avio and GE Czech.
• Leading the relation with IT for the necessary downloads from Oracle, creation of new Reports and update of the existing ones as necessary.
• Leading the relation with Digital Teams for automatization of processes through Dashboards or other similar Tools.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited university or college (both Economics or Management Graduations will be considered). Candidates with no degree will also be taken into consideration, whether are multi year experienced in the above responsibilities and fit with the other requirements.
• Strong experience in Cost and Financial Analysis, Program Management, Sourcing or equivalent.
• Dynamic personality, ability to influence others and work in cross functional teams and Matrix Organizations.
• Flexible mind set and capability to adapt to a fluid scenario and quickly replanning the necessary actions.
• Strong influencing, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Very strong skills in Office Automation (especially excel and power point).
• Familiarity with Oracle environment and technicalities such as download of reports, files, etc. (better if experienced on Sourcing Module or Planning Module).
• English current and fluent
• EU Work/Stay Permit
