Specialist, Sales & Events - CZ & SK

In this role you will:
- Coordinate the realization approved events, activations, promotions, direct communications (i.e. mailings to Members, Telegram) and other sales support activities both local and regional
- Cooperate with extremal vendors and supervises approved project budgets to ensure correct spending
- Create after spending analysis after each project
- Interface with all departments to ensure efficient implementation of regional and global initiatives Interacts with key leaders and Members to identify and track market needs to establish relationships that are effective with our independent sales forces
- Coordinating/Supporting/Administration role in organizing of corporate events and both local and regional sales support projects (promotions, communications, activations)
- Support Marketing and Communications team members in the preparation of event activation communication
- Take care of realization of events and other sales support ideas of our Business Partners/Members in line with corporate standards, policies and budgets
- Take care of event budget control together with Country Manager and Country Director
- Efficient management of resources
- Prepare of post event/project evaluation and reporting
- Support the key DMOs (Daily Methods of Operation) of our Business Partners/Members within Czechia and Slovakia by developing and executing fitting sales support initiatives.
- Ensure high level of n-line sales support tools, including: develop MyHerbalife functionality and usability
- Attend Member conference calls and meetings to enhance communication and information flow. Be the initiator forth cooperation between Members in the area of responsibility
Our requirements:
- Experience in organizing and promoting corporate events and conferences
- Basic budget understanding
- Experience in dealing with vendors
- Experience working and traveling abroad beneficial, but not essential
- Native Czech or Slovak, fluent in English (both written & spoken); additional languages are a plus but not essential
- Working with direct communication tools (such as mailing/SMS platform)
- Excellent PC skills essential (Microsoft Office)
- Copywriting skills beneficial, but not essential
- Confident & personable with excellent interpersonal skills, very customer service oriented
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external counterparts with sensitivity to cultural diversity
- Able to converse and interact with various levels of the organization
- Goal oriented, hard worker
- High degree of trustworthiness and integrity
- Experience working and traveling abroad beneficial
- Must be prepared to travel several times annually throughout Czech and Slovak and occasionally to other European Countries for national and international events, also during evenings and weekends
- Flexible in terms of working hours at those events
