We are looking for a Marketing Finance Analyst to join our AB InBev team in Prague to help in our quest to bridge Finance and Marketing Operations by bringing agility and transparency to the teams on resource allocation and making sure we are building great partnerships with marketing vendors and generating savings for AB InBev in Europe.

What will you be doing: As a Marketing Finance Analyst you will be responsible for 3 main scopes: Brands partnership:
  • Lead the monthly cost calculation of all draftLine campaigns and communicate the findings to stakeholders
  • Preparing financial modeling that is required to support long-term strategic plans
  • Collaborate with Global counterparts to improve, simplify and standardize global processes (e.g. Marketing Transformation, Automation, etc)
  • Building relationships with vendors (freelancers and agencies mainly in the UK), assuring their invoices are paid without delays or troubles
Yearly and Monthly Cycle:
  • Owning month-end closing deliverables (including the fiscal year Latest Estimation), and working together with internal teams to manage the validity of accruals on the balance sheet to minimize outstanding risks & reflect reality
  • Coordinating with Zone Commercial and Zone FP&A in combination with working closely with marketing teams on building their Latest Estimation (LE) of draftLine costs and reflecting the correct revenue in draftLine LE
  • Arrange monthly Intercompany transfers and cross charges, working together with Zone Europe and GHQ
  • Perform monthly reporting of Value case, defining savings to date for Global, Zone Europe and communicate the results with internal & external stakeholders.
Process coordination and efficiency:
  • Working together with Procurement, Treasury and Control to identify alternative payment processes that attend draftLine demand and ensure fair and correct payment terms and conditions
  • Running efficiency processes and product improvements through ownership, coordinating and dealing with other ABI departments
  • Managing payments of all Media, Sponsorship, and Experiential budgets in Zone Europe
What youll bring:
  • Fluent in English (majority of stakeholders are in the UK market)
  • Previous finance experience is a must + marketing experience preferable
  • Advanced Excel & SAP knowledge (PowerBI is a plus)
  • IT solutions experience is preferred (working on automation)
  • Great communication skills + international stakeholder management experience (bridging the creative Marketing and analytical Ops/Finance stakeholders/vendors)
  • Analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and stress-resilient mindset
  • A born networker who is ready to take on the challenge and ownership in this position
