We are looking for an HR Admin Support for our team in the Prague office. In a truly international company, you would guide employees and management in all HR processes to support them to meet the company objectives and ensure employee engagement.

Main responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain all employee personnel records
  • Prepare all employment related documents
  • Assist with payroll agenda (payroll data preparation, processing annual tax returns, maintenance of the attendance system)
  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of company HR systems (Workday global HR system, local attendance, and payroll system)
  • Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases
  • Support employees in their queries about HR-related issues
  • Company benefits administration
  • Close cooperation on HR projects

Experience and skills

  • Active knowledge of English written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Labor law and employment related regulations, overview of HR processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, ability to quickly learn the HR IS
  • Ability to be present in the office daily (to assist employees with HR topics)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Independence, ability to prioritize tasks a proactive approach
  • Workday and payroll program experience preferred
