We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Lead for HR Domain to join our growing company. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key partner to our customers, project teams and consultants, and will be a key player in driving digital transformation, optimizing processes, and enhancing our competitive edge.
Your main duties are in these areas:
Marketing
- Responsibility for creation and execution of marketing plan for the domain
- Responsibility for marketing activities - thought leadership, visibility on the market (social media, mailing, newsletters, conferences)
- Contribution for activities of regional and group marketing teams
Sales
- Responsibility for creation and execution of business plan for HR Domain
- Business development and responsibility for strategy and execution
- Pre-sale activities (responsibility for strategy and execution)
- Pre-sale materials (accountable for maintenance and development)
- Accountability for maintenance and development of standard offers of the domain
- Accountability for maintenance and development of references and success stories
- Leading bid teams
- Accountability for creation of offers
Customer intimacy
- Regular touch with prospects and with thought leaders from the customer side
- Account manager for domain key customers
Partnership management
- Building and maintaining of relationships with partner sales representatives
- Oversight of partner sales strategy, tools, strategies, and activities
- Building and maintaining the list of contacts within the partner
Business insight
- Following business trends in the area of domain
- Business and consulting experience in the area of the domain

- University education
- Business and consulting experience with customer core systems in the area of Domain (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP HR, ..)
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, driven with proactive approach
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
- Advanced English is a must
- Traveling in Europe may occur
