Were on the lookout for a talented GIS Developer to join our team dedicated to our big Norwegian client. Youll play a key role in developing and improving our geospatial applications and tools, which are crucial for our industrial and multi-utility operations. Your work will help us visualize and analyze geospatial data in exciting new ways. What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain geospatial web apps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Work with APIs, especially REST APIs, to add cool features to our apps.
  • Create interactive user interfaces with Vue.js (v2.x and v3.x).
  • Collaborate with different teams to understand their needs and deliver awesome solutions.
  • Use version control systems to keep our codebase organized.
  • Work with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.js to create robust applications.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot to keep our apps running smoothly.
What You Need:
  • Proven experience as a GIS Developer or similar role.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Vue.js (v2.x/v3.x) and other front-end frameworks (React, Angular).
  • Good understanding of REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (like Git).
  • Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Esri ArcGIS for developing GIS applications.
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles.
  • Familiarity with geospatial data formats and tech.
  • Previous work in an industrial or multi-utility company.
