In-Room Dining Waiter

The main focus of your job will be:

• Promptly and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Set up and present in-room dining tables in a visually appealing manner, adhering to hotel standards.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Address guest inquiries and special requests with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining service areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Uphold the hotels standards of excellence in service and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-end environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and safety regulations
