ConWare, a significant Czech IT company, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a crucial part in managing our service department and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor ongoing projects and track their progress
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding service
  • Monitor service requests, allocate resources, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Implement and maintain service operations practices and service quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns
  • Track key performance indicators related to service efficiency, customer satisfaction
  • Manage service budgets, optimize costs

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field
  • At leats 3 years in service management or related experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    • Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
