Your new role: We are looking for Financial Analyst to join our international team in Prague. In this positions you will be responsible for Account Reconciliations, GRIR, AP, AP-Payments, AR, Cash Forecasting, Concur, Prepaid Insurance and additional projects for our entities in the US. What youll be doing:
- Account Reconciliations (7 accounts, BSAR)
- GRIR account reconciliation (Direct, Manual, Revaluation, Automatic account clearing, Account maintenance and cleanup)
- AP reporting (Global Invoice exception report, AP On time payment report
- Cash Forecasting (Weekly US Cash Forecasting report/Meetings)
- Concur (Concur to SAP Account Reconciliation, Accrual Journal Entries, Egypt Concur to SAP Account Reconciliation
- AR (AR/DSO Reporting Package)
- Prepaid Insurance (Prepaid Insurance Amortization Journal Entries, Prepaid Insurance Account Reconciliation, AOP Forecasting)
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field
- 2+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance Accounting
- Certification (ACCA, CPA, Accounting Certificate, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
- Fluent in written and spoken English and an additional European language
- Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage across multiple organizations, processes and initiatives
- Experience working in a Global Shared Service Center a plus
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS Reporting Principles a plus
- Knowledge of SAP, Ariba
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience working in a multicultural environment a plus
