YOUR ROLE
Ensuring, controlling, and managing payroll processes/procedures and administrative work related to the payroll.
Providing support and advice in the field of payroll and labor legislation and personnel to managers and all employees. Ensuring relationships with service providers in wages and benefits in accordance with the companys C&B policy.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Manages and updates HR SW MyHR
  • Manages the administration and updates the attendance system
  • Prepares documents for wages, cooperates with an external payroll service provider
  • Checks the reliability and connections of variable wage components
  • Handles the agenda associated with the processing of wages (execution, confirmation for employees, credit and registration sheets, payslips, settlement of work accidents, etc.)
  • Ensures registration and monitoring of absences, recapitulation of holidays, sick days and duties of individual employees
  • Checks and creates work calendars and legal obligations related to employee´s working hours
  • Monitors employee claims for benefits, ensures their introduction and registration, communicates with suppliers of these benefits
  • Creates, manages and updates personal files of employees
  • Ensures the agenda associated with the employment relationship of employees and its termination
  • Creates regular reports for GHO as well as reports for company management (KPI´s, overtime, etc.)
  • Provides information and support in the field of salaries and Hr to line managers and employees
  • Supports HRBPs and other members of the Hr team, especially in administrative matters
  • Ensures evidence or risk work
  • Administrates all medical check-ups
  • Participates in the processing of documents during the annual tax reconciliation
  • Processing and distribution of messages from the data box
  • Manages and updates the attendance system – enters new agency and core employees, absences, etc.
  • Support for foreign employees visa processing
  • Creates documents according to HRBP instructions
  • Ensures compliance with internal and corporate HR guidelines, rules and procedures
  • In case of need is able to represent other activities within HR department
  • Participates in other projects and activities within the HR department according to the manager´s instructions

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • University education
  • Background payroll knowledge, experience with payroll processing in the company
  • Knowledge of labour law and related legislation
  • Independence, ability to quickly respond to requests
  • Diligence, accuracy, reliability and the ability to work methodically
  • Ability to organize and know the priorities activity under any circumstances and time pressure
  • Trustworthiness, the ability not to disclose confidential information
  • Ability to understand the companys values and adopt them, contribute to a good working atmosphere of the company and promote the company positively and externally
  • Good English language skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office - Excel
  • High social competence
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Administrative experience
