Manager - Billing Ops

Job Description:

In AT&T Brno, we are looking for a Manager of Billing Ops.

The manager is responsible for supervising a team of employees who manage the customer billing process to maximise the effectiveness, accuracy and delivery of billing information.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implements solutions to billing problems and oversees testing of system modifications designed to accommodate these solutions.
• Participates in short-term planning and implementation projects to ensure effective use of current and future technology.
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
• May perform supervision of one or more of the following billing operations functions including general billing operations, policy compliance, systems, methods, procedures, contract implementation, SOX compliance, risk mgmt, fraud, service abuse, revenue assurance, compliance with legal requests, compliance with federal and state taxing statutes, annoyance call complaints, bill reviews, postal analysis, vendor management, audit, production quality, data requests, etc.

Job Contribution:

• Exercises judgement within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
• Performs all personnel management activities for subordinates including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management; encourages professional development through job assignments and training.
• Work leadership provided by assigning work and resolving problems.
• Influences decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Experience:

• Required: 2+ years experience in similar, supervisory position
• Fluent English
• Billing/Finance experience is a plus

Location: Brno office, 1-3 days per week,

Shift: US shift from 2/3 pm to 10/11 pm

Compensation:

Salary starting from 81,600 CZK gross monthly.

The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
