  • Full Tech support of the products as per DevOps model during project phases run.
  • Collaboration with vendors, working with agreements, project plan, cut-over plan.
  • Leading and supporting testing phases, resolving incidents, bug fixing.
  • Support model developing through ServiceNow.
  • Solutions Board model delivery during project phases run.
  • License tracking for the efficient usage and financial orders controlling.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) based on Icertis platform: application management, vendor management, license management, Business As Usual (BAU) requests triage and resolution.
  • DocuSign platform: change requests delivery, license management, vendor management.
