Medical trainee

Do našeho trainee programu hledáme šikovného studenta/studentku 2-4 roč., který je pečlivý, ovládá angličtinu, láká ho práce v farmaceutickém oboru, a rád by získal zkušenosti ve farmaceutické firmě. Nabízíme flexibilní pracovní dobu a dlouhodobou spolupráci v případě oboustranné spokojenosti, a hlavně se něco doopravdy naučit u TOP zaměstnavatele.

Co bys měl na starost:

• Administrativní podpora Medical Affairs týmu
• Administrace a správa systému smluv s najatými externími zdravotnickými odborníky
• Práce s interními systémy (SAP, Veeva)
• Organizační podpora v oblasti odborných seminárů, setkání a kongresů
• Zadávání žádostí o odborné stanovisko od SÚKL
• Asistence při Management Monitoringu medicínskoho oddělení
• Školení pracovníků z jiných oddělení o rozsahu vlastní činnosti

Co od člověka na této roli požadujeme:

• Student/ka vysoké školy tehcnického nebo přírodovědného směru
• IT dovednosti umožňující práci s Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Výborné organizační schopnosti s pozorností zaměřenou na detail a pečlivost
• Mít angličtinu na komunikativní úrovni a výbornou češtinu

Co bys jestě měl mít:

• Spolehlivost – hledáme zapáleného kolegu, který se chce učit novým věcem
