About the Role: L’Oréal Czech Republic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Controller to join our team. As an HR Controller, you will play a pivotal role of managing interpersonal costs effectively and optimizing financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial interpersonal costs optimization & control: Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to analyze and monitor interpersonal costs, oversee, and manage their accurate budgeting and financial reporting
  • Report Preparation & Distribution: Prepare, distribute, and enhance the quality of various financial and operational reports
  • Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Headcount Reporting: Maintain and report accurate headcount data
  • Forecasting: Provide accurate interpersonal costs forecasting to aid in strategic planning
  • Project: Participation in various projects and the optimization of current processes

Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: A completed Master’s degree is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in analysis, reporting, or controlling is essential. HR experience is a notable advantage
  • Financial Acumen: knowledge or interest in financial accounting, controlling, or auditing
  • International Exposure: Experience working in an international environment is preferred
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC skills, including advanced use of office software
