Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality of baked goods.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workspace.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and products.
Work independently to manage baking schedules and deadlines.
Assist with customer service as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role.
Strong passion for baking and creativity in the kitchen.
