Job Description

What you will do in this role:

• Answer phone calls, e-mails, live chats, and messages on social media from customers
• Help customers with issues related to the service, troubleshoot on the customers behalf and solve the customers problems to the best of your ability
• Work shifts: morning 8:00-16:45, (Local Time)
• Phone calls are inbound, no cold-calling

Requirements

• Suitable for people without experience
• Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to quickly identify customers’ problem and needs
• Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
• A client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skills
• Team players with the ability to also work independently
• Native Macedonian and communicative level of English in both oral and written
