In the position you will oversee strategically and manage on a day-to-day basis the activities of our Facebook community in the Czech Republic. You will be responsible for the vividness and belonging of the current and potentially growing Munch community, to foster engagement, build relationships, and ensure the smooth functioning of the groups.

Strategic responsibilities:

• Adapt global strategy to foster the development of the local community management, collaborating with marketing and operations team
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the groups align with our values and goals.
• Analyze and report on the performance of the groups and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Plan activities and content to encourage participation and build relationships.

Operative responsibilities:

• Create and curate activities and content in groups that are relevant and engaging.
• Monitor and moderate posts in the groups to ensure that it remains a safe and supportive space.
• Respond to members questions and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage ratings and respond to reviews on Google, Google Play, and App Store.

Requirements and skills:

• Native-level Czech and proficiency in English language
• Proactive Attitude: communicative and open-minded attitude towards team members and the community
• Content Creation: create engaging content that resonates with the community, having basic Figma or Photoshop knowledge
• Effective Communication: respond to questions and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Constructive Moderation: monitor and moderate the groups to ensure that it remains a safe and supportive space for members, enforce groups rules and policies, and address any issues or conflicts that arise.
• Transparent Collaboration: work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure that the groups align with company values and goals.
• Structured Way of Working: precise and detailed-oriented execution of tasks, activities and content
• Passion for Community Building: A genuine passion for building communities, fostering engagement, and creating a sense of belonging for groups members by understanding their needs and interests.
